According to a recent survey by TMForum, Telcos have a revenue opportunity of around $142 billion from digital services by 2020. However, there are multiple challenges Telcos will face to provide digital services. Telcos often have thousands of content provider’s contracts to manage for content billing and there’s a huge diversity of partners, ranging from a startup to giants like Facebook, Google etc.
This point of view discusses the challenges Telcos will face while offering content services to its customers and how Telcos can address these challenges by a new age content payment assurance system to ensure accurate billing, faster delivery of digital services and a smooth customer experience.
